I leave the straps to what feels too loose but once the machine is on it expands to fill if need be) to see .
Minimal pressure on the teeth if any front teeth.
The Aloha is the latest and getting rave reviews.

They give you the freedom to do whatever it is you want without affecting your work .
Although time is hard to come by i think personal projects help the most .
