I actually had a good time yesterday climbing with my daughter. We took pictures and I could not believe how out of shape I was in the photo yet I climbed like I was a little kid again. It brought back memories of when I was healthy and well without pills...

I want to find something fun to do that will give me a good workout. I was thinking of getting a bike but my town does not have good places that are safe for cyclists. Any suggestions? I need to lose weight around my middle and thighs. Thanks!

Once again, if you hate exercising, you do calorie....
Sometimes you calorie a day diet and not doing shit for exercise.
I hated to exercise too, but have gotten to a point where I hate to not get my workout in.
So this is my first week on WW. First weigh-in is Saturday. Can I just say I dread exercising!..LOL However I LOVE to dance! I don't look at dancing as exercise because I like it! So I have been turning on my ipod and dancing like I am Jennifer Lopez....

Tried probiotics, zinc, vitamin c, all in one multi vitamin and mineral for after exercise and drank 5 litres of water before during and after exercise and guess what nothing back to the drawing board.

Work? Just plan your rest days for your long shift days, and your exercise routines for the rest until 11am, get up, get food prepped for next shift, then do whatever exercise I have planned on, so I am really active at work, just trying....
