Should I be doing weight intense exercises like heavy squats or more body weight exercises like toe
rep exercises. You aren't trying to build alot of mass.
We used supercat and boxes in highschool
was moderate weight, but the exercises themselves were all explosive bursting manuvers. The only thing

A pretty strong and flexible person overall, so I'm hoping that by doing exercises I can counteract
