first i am sorry for my stupid question and bad english.
And my problem is:
If a startup my debian router without connected any cable to network card on console i see: Starting ICS PROFTP Server. And here is computer long (1-3 minutes) wainting...

I had a similar problem a way back ago.
You can uninstall exim 4, if you don't use it.

Is not "good enough" for exim, the cron job could be run less
often without big negative effects imho (accidentally) installed without cron.

These help server without knowing it.
In the WHM Exim Configuration editor, you can enable RBL filtering and Spamassasin.
