RAID5) is almost 0MB available.

Hi.
I am currently thinking about what hardware would be good to use for a (home) storage server.
My plan at the moment is to definitely use Raid1 (I doubt Raid5/6 is worth it but if you can convince me maybe ).
I need to start out with at least 2-3 TB...
