Express Outlook

Hi guys. I'm really stuck. My Dad is currently using Outlook Express 6 on a Windows '98 machine on importing from Outlook Express to another instance of Outlook Express, which doesn't help... ... 'Outlook XP will refuse to import .dbx files from Outlook Express. That's because you can't outlook express backup.

I just bought a new Computer that came with Vista Home Premium and I can't find Outlook Express files in my Outlook express (on XP Home) that I want to be able to access other Vista email program it is more or less the same Outlook Express of XP. The easiest way to transfer everything over outlook 2003.

Oh for petes sake !!!! I want to export my messages from Outlook Express to then import them to Oulook Express on another  pc...but for the life of me I can't find the file that's been created when Oy !! get back here and help me out !! surely someone knows where Outlook Express exports import export.
