I hear this word a lot in sentences like "javascript is a very expressive language". Does it just mean there aren't a lot of rules, or does "expressive" have a more specific meaning?

He's all over the place in that scene.
I'd like to see the faces he pulls in the "never would" speech alone .

Are Argentinians expressive/exuberant people? Yes, I know I may get the "not all are", but I'm talking about as a whole cultural group. Obviously, there are exceptions, but as a whole, are Argentinians expressive and exuberant (like the Italians)?

Source(s): I'm half Argentinian.
Sometimes Argentinians shout a lot but not as Italians, also Argentinians have strong character, more than Mexicans, Brazilians, almost all Latin Americans .
Not as Italians, but people are really loud.
