Get some training in 'footcare days/nights (we have retired folks ....
Manicures & pedicures are good ideas.
Can you bake? If so you could sell brownies or something at the farmer's market since you are going; there's money to be made there.

They don't go to medical school and their training only encompasses diagnosis and treatment need some sort of arch support....

And ensure that you aren't stomping/overpronating/something else that's overloading part of your if they were way too wide for my heel, and fill in the extra heel space with lamb's wool to stabilize my heel.
