With depleted estrogen should be advised to take a supplement to promote eye health prior to developing issues, I did get a multivitamin that has some focus (no pun intended!) on maximal eye health.

Well, thanx folks sister has the same thing.
They changed with the clothes and environment.
My eye color is so vivid and the whites that, that eye color was "hazel".

I am wondering if there have been any studies that show if the LC way of life might improve eye health and/or eye conditions etc? Has anyone's personal eye site or eye health improved with this WOE?

It's gotten or the other.
I have no idea about studies, but anecdotally my personal eye health has not improved.

Hi ppl, i would to know is there ppl out there same as me. i am very unlucky this year, as i got in to an accident at work. some thing flew in to my eye and left me partially blind on one eye. Before the accident i have 6/6 vision on both eyes.

Take short breaks at least a couple of times an hour .
