Did your friend file the form for copyrights violation that Facebook has? Probably, because to defend their rights.

Yeah facebook recently "changed" or modified my settings to where i didn't want turned off, then all of sudden I'm getting....
facebook is so prone to scams so just be careful that sounds like someone is soon gonna claim legit notifications.
