Which is why it's most of the time a better idea to use compression after tracking so you, you get the idea you can't just delete....
It and try again, you get the idea you can't just delete the plugin and have your original track back.

I have 2 tables that are similar but not the same so a union is not a possibility. I need to combine the tables bearing in mind there's about 40 columns where only 20 are common to both. Any ideas on the best approach?

How about starting your Dots and Boxes game with random lines already added .
How about Reversi ? It has a pretty nice space of heuristics based on number of pieces, number of edge pieces, and number of corner pieces .
