I'm not French resident myself, but I do know that to be legally resident in France you will need is very different from when you moved to France, the result of which is the French authorities ( alone ) to France and....
My fiance and I wish to get married here in the states so that my family my attend the wedding before we move to his home in France. Does anyone have any helpful information as to how hard or easy this may be? What kind of paperwork will need to be filled...

This usually involves getting the state you're married in to "apostille" your marriage ....
