The ugly brown colour is a big minus though Yeah i wish Noctua made black fans already Silverstone 120mm Air Penetrator fans ....
If you want to spend a bit more, you should go with the noctua NF-F12 PWM fans which are meant for rads.

The loud fan is the HD/Expansion fan, it's at 18....
The PRAM zap did not solve the Snow Leopard issue .
You can run the Mac Pro PR on startup.
I doubt that it will show you 470 fan.
Show you the 5770 fan , I don't know.
