Cheng and I just returned from celebrating my 60th birthday in the Maldives. We went with our friends, Jim and Janet, who we've accompanied on similar trips for each of our 60th birthdays.

Marked a good amount of fish, but could not get em nothing, Fished from 6-8, and marked nothing...Pretty quiet out there with only one other guy I seen favorite lakes.

Like it say's, plus, I rest only 1 day between "bow pulls"-(cable & pully w/50# on it). Is this good enough, or should it be 2 days for recovery? On my (every other) workout day I'm still just a touch sore, but not bad.
