Anyone know of some foods that have no to low fat and no to low carbs and high protein that would be good for breakfast? Currently I'm eating egg whites every morning with a protein shake but I'm kind of getting sick of that lol. I'll still force them...

I need more food to eat, but I need low carb/ low fat choices. I know lean meats have calories in them. But I don't think I can handle more than 8 oz of chicken at a time...

Used to always do low fat/ no fat dairy products as I always felt ill after full fat.
Some low fat products are worse then the full fat cause they have more sugar and more calories.
