There is a lot of talk about how much protein you need in a day, so I am wondering what you all have to say about this. How does this look for someone trying to lose fat (at my height and weight).

Protein is good, maybe a little....
Id say my BMR is around 2800 to cut.
Dietary fat is borderline low.
What's your estimated BMR and TDEE?
Protein intake is fine.
I would up the fats and lower the carbs as a result of adding more fat.

Hi everyone. Just wanted to get some opinions from anyone who's out there about the best bet for diet whilst taking these tabs. Do I really need to count every fat g and calorie, or would eating a healthy and sensible diet of fresh, non-processed foods...

I worked out how much milk I use a day .
Don't forget to include any milk used.
For low fat snacks.

Buttered toast and the grains/nuts are good for you.

Fat is the one thing I'm carb/protein/fat....
This is a calculator for working our your carb/protein/fat ratio but seriously, it really isn't worth doing until - nothing from starchy souces like bread, cereals, crackers, pasta or rice).

I'm trying to focus on cutting down on the sugar grams I eat per day. I saw on a TV show that we should try to consume no more than 15 grams of sugar/day. Well, I tried it today, and it's not possible for me (at least right now)!

(and 6 servings of carbs if I just copied that post .
The Belly Fat Cure has the guidelines of 15 grams or less of sugar per day.

Done for the day, nothing else to do, thought I'd ask if the underside of the piston crown, the spot where there are extra bulges of metal, is where metal is removed to lose a gram or two? Didn't say I would do it, just wondering.

In maintenance mode for a year. I'm 55kg and 164cm. Don't actually 'count carbs' but avoid anything white or containing sugar. How many grams can you have each day? Even carrots have some carbs and I chomp on a few each day.
