Tastes amazing too.
Lots of hard cheeses are zero carb and have decent fat macros.
With that said, my favorite sources of fat are almonds, walnuts, and pecans have to have other sources as well.

The key term to remember is "losing weight", not fat.

Counted calories all the way, in a very general sense .
You don't have fat.
And I literally don't know a single former fat guy who just cut back and chilled his way to lean.
