This is a question for a *ahem* friend. How fat before you have to reinforce a deck with steel? I'm probably just being overcautious considering the forces put through skateboards, ...

What does having too much fat do if you are meeting all your macros? Lets say I get in the necessary 3,000 cals and around 150-175g of protein and enough carbs, but have over 150g of fat, what difference does it make than if I had 75g of fat? I am still...
