I am currently bulking and noticed i am gaining too much fat too quickly,
should i
1. eat at maintanance and do cardio
2. eat the same amount and do cardio
3. eat at a deficit/cut, then re-bulk slowly

HEY hey, couple questions:
As I understand the ratio of f :c is @65:30:5. So Im at about 185 and 16% body fat. My protein then should be around 150g. This would put my fat at over 300g but since Im cutting that would be way over my calories for the day...

Just fyi 1g of fat = 9cals, 1g of P/carbs = 4cals , not sure how you got 300g of fat as thats 2700 cals alone, the 65 ratio is 65 steak.
Total
eat eggs/cheese/oil/mayo w/e fats you want with your steak.
