The article states that these advice books are reviewed at least annually, so changing "Dad" or "Mum" to "partner" incurred no additional costs to the NHS .

Maybe a cute parenting book too? I got my H 'Show Dad How' and he loves it.
To me and my H, pregnant =/= parent, but since he gave you flowers I would probably get him a card so he doesn't feel left out.
