What is up with sellers that don't leave feedback. To me once the payment is cleared. the seller should leave feedback. As a buyer, I have left positive feedback for many items that I purchaced and then nothing from the seller.
Guess I will not leave ...

If you are talking about polls, bug tracking, forums, wikis, etc, almost any hosting service like SourceForge will provide you them .

Another free alternative is Google docs and spreadsheets, which has a free form feature that will convert the feedback you received if you're looking at "open forum" type....
You can create a mail account for receiving user feedback, for one.

Just played Cold Stream through on single player.
Noticed a lot of changes that weren't listed on the change log.

I would like users to be able to double click anywhere on the screen to display a form that allows submission of feedback about that very spot.
I can think of 2 solutions:
Store X,Y coordinates. Had to rule this out since X,Y coordinates aren't supported...

The mouse cursor when it is double-clicked, and then associate the comments/feedback text with the ID on the pop-up where the user can submit their feedback.
