I asked my attorney friend how legal it is for Ebay to charge a fee on shipping, and also have Paypal attack the full amount, including shipping also.
Ebay states they charge the fees because of the seller who sell an item for one cent with $99 shipping...

Of the stick! I agree somewhat with EBAY about 99.99 shipping, but that should only apply to that ebay seller shipping.

Ebay makes nothing when these items are left to.

This new Fee For Shipping Policy must Be separated from actual shipping cost
and the Handling cost must be a separate policy

I've just seen that ebay are going to stop any duplicate listings over all of your ebay accounts. :o
