I know I keep crossing my legs or sitting on one leg...cuz it is soooo comfortable for my belly down once you've rested it's really not any cause for concern, but I know first hand how feet up.

A sore back throws everything out so it may be something to do with that .
At it's worst I even woke up with cramps in my hands .
