Toes, and I cant bear it very long! Even sitting, with no pressure on my feet, I can feel them...I am experienced painful spots in the sole of my feet which feel like walking on red hot marbles.

That normal swelling starts and high blood pressure according to my doctor.

After walking or just being on my feet for a few hours, even wearing good supportive sneakers, I often get slightly red, swollen spots on the sole of my foot where the most pressure goes when I walk. This has been a problem for years.
Spots are VERY painful...
