I have had a low grade fever for the last two nights with no other symptoms. I am a little more tired but by morning I feel fine. Any weird viruses going around? My kids and dh have not been sick at all, I just feel tired when it starts.

As long as it doesn't get too high, I'd let your body fight helped the fever.

Fevers are not fun, I hope it goes....
It seems to work better at reducing their fever and it lasts longer for them.
We usually alternate between advil over tylenol.
Advil works better to bring down my son's fever.
I responded on TTGP.

Also, that low of a fever might not be a fever at all.
You could try every once in a while and they work great .
I definitely wouldn't give pain meds for that low of a fever or for teething at all.
