Anything under 38 is not a fever however, although elevated.

As long as it doesn't get too high, I'd let your body fight helped the fever.

Fevers are not fun, I hope it goes....
It seems to work better at reducing their fever and it lasts longer for them.
We usually alternate between advil over tylenol.
Advil works better to bring down my son's fever.

Also, that low of a fever might not be a fever at all.
You could try every once in a while and they work great .
I definitely wouldn't give pain meds for that low of a fever or for teething at all.
