I am trying to reduce this by exporting the dwg from inventorIt may have changed since i used Inventor years ago, but AFAIK you can bring in the titleblock the entire titleblock from the beginning....
With no problems, however file size is 8MB.

You will have to change the open file dialog to ".dwg" or "all inventor files" file type filter.
Open Inventor, and "Import" the Fusion .dwg file into Inventor.
It to your desktop.
