EVER!! horsehoes, i read John Fowles book, even that was obscure, but after seeing the film decided my life....
Film.
The French Lieutenant's Woman was awful too! The Lovely Bones Worst .
Fabulous book, but film nowhere near as good.

Format is fairly similar to 35mm, just maybe have whoever sells you film to load it the first time the film, which you just wind until the film clicks into the next shot.

Are transfers for digitally shot films taken from the actual computer files, or from the 35mm film that it was printed on to be played at theatres?
I ask this because I was rewatching my Zombieland...

I think the film versions sense that digital shot movies have digital masters rather than film masters from theatre runs and i think in Zombieland's case it may....
From the digital master copy rather than the use of a 35mm projected version .

Exposures in daytime aside from a nice 25 iso film, you should find a good ND filter (the more to cover a few of your lenses
As for inexpensive colour print film sorry i have no suggestions, I mostly film - it leans more to reds ....

Moneyball and The Social Network are probably the easiest ways to experience a bit of Sorkin. Good films as well. The Social Network in particular is very good.

The final, it was fairly decent but a tad dull .
It's not the best film in the world but it's a decent and enjoyable film.
