Ocean Finance sold me a loan which was financed by iGroup (now GE Money), so I went to GE Money and they said I should claim against....
Regardless of what Firstplus have told you.
Your reclaim and it is through the small claims court .

Through or have been through similar situations as yourself With regard to FirstPlus.

We were originally offered £1000 thorugh Freedom Finance in 2007 and fully paid ....
We/i believe we were not given enough information on this ppi Finance in 2007 and fully paid off by us in 2008.
That Firstplus pays them back to us.
