I have a problem with welcome finance i bought a car on hp from them in oct 06...my payment was 280 per month ...everything was fine until dec07 when i lost my job and fell into arrears... i spoken to them and we made a aggrement to pay back 12...

From welcome finance and yes i have some questions about it....as far as i can see its not dated from welcome in january 2008, it was a 206 worth £3000 paying back £260 per month, i took the car later i had a default on my credit....

I received a letter from these people two weeks ago
stating that despite their efforts to contact me,
I had not replied and therefore they would be sending the baliffs to my house.
I had never heard of these people before,

I agreed to pay Irwin to the welcome finance....
I originally took the loan out with Welcome Finance on the loan with Welcome Finance who referred the loan to Irwin Mitchell.
The balance is £5031.26.
Up with the other.

in feb of 2008 i purchased a car through a company offering credit even if you have been turned down,
the company was called "windsor finance"

Windsor Finance are a brokers - did they tell you that Welcome would agreement was never told anything at the time of signing about welcome finance,

Hi,
I took out a Welcome Finance Car agreement back in 2006 on a Vauxhall Astra paying £356 a month for 4 years.
Part way into the agreement i checked the paperwork and confirm i could voluntary terminate the agreement and return the goods to welcome....

You can write to Welcome Finance and ask them to remove the default - you can also threaten to take surrender the car and and continue to pay the monthly fees.

Welcome will try and bully you into 'surrendering' the car, where they get to - was it her local Branch? never deal with the local branch they are only there to chase debts - Welcome finance agreement....
They would need a court order.

I took out a loan with welcome and still have the original agreement plus ALL correspondence they have sent,
the original loan was £2k i had difficulty paying back
they made an attachment of earnings order on my wages,
the document outlining the AOE stated...

the order was made by just the court and welcome finance,
also my ex partner from north hampton court,
however i may be being overly suspicious
