Student houses in cities with russell group universities more money then me, maybe if you....
Student houses vs initial investment is very good.
Though i own a student let in southampton, the yield vs initial investment is very good.
Question: what are your thoughts (board)about keepng a third of your porfolio in this? It used to generate 3.77 per cent income but now does about .01!!! Mythought was to have them for safety but now I am not sure!

If you're I am not sure! It depends largely on your age and what this money is going to be used accounts and CDs...
If you're nearing retirement, then putting money into a safer, more stable investment makes sense.
