Have an idea of the fines associated with traffic offenses. The highest being $200TTD. Yes the PBR usage fine in there too.

You need to make a statutory declination, at your local mags court, though it will help no end if you caqn get the case number, this will turn it back to summons stage, ie you will get a new summons for the offence( probably ) which you can then defend... .
