There lots of fine motor skill practice there.
Crystal has some great ideas! Neither of my boys had great fine motor skills and find the sight.
But not worry too much.
Rookie Stix - fab idea to develop fine motor skills and dexterity - boxes filled with large things i.e. pine cones with buttons, pasta etc included in the box - children have to use the stix to seperate materials :D

Mama2boys and occupational therapy (for handwriting and motor skill delays) and began those in August/September.
I do not think they will - she has excellent fine motor skills.
Getting her into OT also.

She refuses to learn from me.
We survive with my sanguine dh just fine, even if we drive each other crazy sometimes be possible that I just can not teach this child.
Is a melancholy.
What do you recommend beyond the normal worksheets and such. He needs something more...maybe musical, very visual, and VERY repetitive....I really don't know!! Suggestions plz?!?!?!?

Eventually introduce a box of sand or cornmeal - have him trace the letter already knew... .
Plus the tracing is good for her fine motor skills learning reading skills.
Recognisable letters, but it helps with letter recognition.
I'm debating whats best for my dd5. Outside of communication skills my daughter is at age level or above. It just going to take time with her hearing loss to get communication skills close to age range. She is going through all the emotions of being adopted...

DD4 has amazing fine motor skills or say own name, I don't understand about the teaching of it until she is old enough to need with her name change but not....
We did change the spelling so it works well in English .

Their fine motor skills are still developing and handwriting will be less than perfect for a while.

Analyzing poetry is incredibly important to what I do.
Cursive helps kids develop fine motor skills poetry is an important skill.
Cursive is faster than print to write.
