My pointer finger is numb/tingling.? What would cause my finger to be tingling/numb. It feels like its asleep. I don't think its poor circulation. But I did move my chardon wristband to my other hand just incase. I did wake up with a very sore/stiff shoulder...

Hi, lately my right hand seems to fall asleep very easily. Luckily I'm left handed, but has anyone else had this? Is it carpal tunnel? It doesn't interfere with anything, so I'm not sure if I should be worried.

I've had carpal....
For me it was my fingertips in particular your B12 level.
Carpal tunnel was thumb/pointer/middle fingers.
Get numb/tingly...I notice it now and I had it with my loss...for some reason, I notice it a lot).
