We try to get his fingernails problems anymore.

My fingernails are so much stronger on low carb!! My thumb nails used to peel terribly, but they havn't for about a week! I take that as proof positive that low carb is good for my body....now if my hair would just grow back! It's thinning due to perimenopause...
