Over time....
Look at the big problems first and let the little stuff go so you don't sound like you are constantly criticizing .
Start Slow.
When the month is over, take your next project.
Don't educate, you're there to finish the project, dot end of line .
I want to be a firefighter but I think I'm bipolar, and have a hard time concentrating as well as frequent slight mood swings but I'm just curious are there any "bi-polar" firefighters out there?

That said, some professions would DQ you.
If diagnosed and treated, it is a manageable problem.
I would venture a guess that there are diagnosed and undiagnosed bi-polars in every profession .

I can't put the answer into dollars, but I'd say that they are worth somewhat less than clean available drinking water and a serviceable municipal sewage system .

Ridiculous, to think that the council....
I guess the reference to filling Fire Fighter positions internally refers to the Croke Park Agreement whereby public servants can now be moved between departments as and when needs dictate .
