sorry about ur pain. have you tried any muscle relaxer meds. thats the onlyy thing i can think of since u said u get the spasms. and has your neurologist done a test called emg. it can at times tell problems in the muscle or nerves. ibufrofen does ...

time to heal muscles & adjust.
To expand my contracted chest muscles and to strengthen my neck and have already reduced the number were a waste.

Something i read online and thought it would be nice to share your views on the matter.
The bottom line seems to be that in the many studies that have compared training with heavy versus moderate resistance as long as sets end with a high degree of effort...

As well as west nile that effects muscles, emg testing to look at muscle response, rheumatic cramps in the calf muscles, which I had never experienced before, along with a sensation of continuous muscle soreness in the calves....

I have been bodybuilding for 25 years. I competed from my teens until my last competition in the late 90's. Many, many workouts full of hardcore weight lifting. Over the past 5 years, my workouts slowly changed from the basic bodybuilding style workouts...
