I used the following

Seeing that they want to change madstone rage to allow casting/clickies/torches/whatever else uses the same code as spell casting, how about a simple quick and dirty fix.
Leave the typing on the bonus the same.
Leave the buff itself the same.

No Heat Quick Fix! I got tired of disassembling my glove box to unplug or plug the vacuum line in and out of the canister behind the glove box every time I wanted heat or A/C. This fix comes in handy especially in the spring and fall when one day is freezing...
