Appeal against the fixed penalty, you would have to not take it up, which would result in you appearing a traffic sign you will have to pay a fine and costs which will be more than the fixed penalty.

Hello,
My dad just got a fixed penalty notice (non-endorsable offence) and it says Lancashire Constabulary above "FIXED PENALTY NOTICE" at the top of the little white notice. Doe's this make any difference and what do I send?

Today I have received a fixed penalty (police) parking ticket saying I was waiting in a length of road where prohibited. However, I was on a residential street, no lines, no signs, just basically nothing to tell me that parking was prohibited.

Notice of Intent to Accelerate is mostly is that you have way more than 90 days since at a minimum the lender must do NOD and Notice of Trustee Sale before they can finally foreclose....
