Nothign to make it bigger already tried 2 flaring kits! That looks like a very poor flare to me, looks SAE flare - think thats the issue cheers! now to find one of those DIN single flaring kits lol Themhave you got the right....

Dont need much xtra tightening and you are going.
Works easy, a little tricky sometime to lock it without the pipe moving but always does tightening with a crescent wrench before making the flare.

Btw have you tried flared it too much and its tired and....
After that they settle down and only flare-up occasionally when, if you flare a betta too long for many days, it will definitely be exhausted.

No need for extra steps..
It has a chamfer, a short lead then a 10 degree flare out so it will flare the neck when you add the powder.
On the right is the one I made.

Is that flare kit 45*? I need a 37* flaring kit for AN fittings.
Any one flared sch 40 pvc? I've seen the thin walled stuff flared...but not sure about the thicker pvc. Is it possible? From my limited try, I say hell no... Someone prove me wrong?

You can buy a weed to flare the pvc with it, but it does get hot enough to bend schedule 40 and 80 into a 90 degree bend.
If you have a propane tank you can use this method .
Control the flare a lot better.
