Apart from licensing, the Plus version includes Automatic Software Update Manager, Which i think actually is a Plus, but It's good if can you get it....
I think it provides all the features that one may require for licensing.

Umm....and why is this in the Feedback for Labs section? FYI, if you have a Network license as opposed to a standalone license, then....
Reinstall and don't select Network License...or if it allows you to go back to that selection do it.

If the Network License Manager was working correctly and you did not make any changes to the license file or service configuration, then this can be a simple firewall issue.

That's what FINALLY got me working.
3: Find FLEXnet licensing service and delete c:\ProgramData\FLEXnet and then restart the service.
And type in services.msc
2: Ckick on the standard tab at the bottom .
