I have a Flickr Pro account and would like to sync it with all my photos. This is hoped to be a way to backup all my photos in an online repository.
So I need a tool that will watch a folder and then sync changes. I would love it if it kept sets up to...

The Flickr API doesn't really have the hooks (yet?) to make metadata (tags, titles, descriptions) in....
How would you keep FlickrI don't think such a thing exists .
Such a thing do-able w/o lots of work + requiring lots of internet traffic.

There have been no reports in this forum of any major problems with Flickr in the past couple of weeks.

I've tried other web sites and they are working fine so this is why I thought it was Flickr, I think Talk Talk also.
Broadband so this could be the answer then it's their continual poor service and not Flickr.

Flickr alternative with no limit
I have a basic flickr account and want to put more than the 200 images i'm allowed on the site. I don't want a pro account so is there an alternative website for posting my shots which does not have a limit to the number...

Hi all,
Has anyone else noticed their pictures recently uploaded to Flickr (past couple of weeks maybe?) looking quite soft? They're sharp on my monitor, but oddly soft when uploaded to Flickr! Many thanks,

I like to have my photostream as public as possible... because I use it to get new photography business, and I post photos on external sites linking here. I do not have the ability to make my photos private without destroying those two things I use Flickr...
