The way I see Flickr is that is is for photographers and general picture enthusiasts more than animal and I don't think Flickr was ever setup or had a chance to do something like them.

I have a Flickr Pro account and would like to sync it with all my photos. This is hoped to be a way to backup all my photos in an online repository.
So I need a tool that will watch a folder and then sync changes. I would love it if it kept sets up to...

The Flickr API doesn't really have the hooks (yet?) to make metadata (tags, titles, descriptions) in....
How would you keep FlickrI don't think such a thing exists .
Such a thing do-able w/o lots of work + requiring lots of internet traffic.

Any idea why Flickr has stopped working properly since the last update.
It displays the web site correctly, but not the iconised pics (which are displayed as little white placeholders).
If I turn off Browser Protection, they display correctly.
Amazingly...

Timeout ! Same problem with....
Flickr problems are annoying, nearly dépassé.
Same problem in germany.
All other internet 79) Showing no photos since an hour.
Flickr is the only internetsite with that problem.

Well majority of those photos got posted on instagram anyway, and they save only the best for flickr (full contacts whose carefully selected i-phone....
I've been reading these "flickr is dead" posts for several years now, and I'm not seeing it.

I can just see every decent photo I own being organized... .
I also have account only because the people on my doll boards use Flickr a lot and I like to comment in a while.
Flickr works for me, I like that it maintains my expected picture sharpness.

Say what you want about Facebook's relentless redesigns, but Flickr looks and works almost exactly the same as it did 4 years to SkyDrive instead.
The death of Flickr started with their failure to keep innovating.
