Car has sat for weeks not started so got the new parts today new thermostat and rad got it all put in car starts and idles fine but it is making a weird pinging noise never heard it before any clues to why it would do this is it some thing i should worry...

Also helps the water go round if you then it could be your water pump mate.
Let it warm upto temp.
Give the pipes a quick sqeeze.

Are the pipes either side of the pump supported by pipe clips.

My problem with the KUDS02FRSS1 whirlpool dishwasher unit, water wont get to unit. When placing ear to door, I hear noise as if it's trying to get water *(yes,water on)
previous issue, hose replaced 2 months prior to new "this issue".

If it is plugged then....
Here are your is that when they flushed the systems crud came loose from inside the pipes and it is now plugging your valve.
I would replace the water valve if you're hearing it hum.
Or the valve is stuck shut.

It could be a bad ballcock, a loose pipe in the wall or a water hammer caused by....
Don't worryIt's tough to say without hearing the sound.
It's called "water hammer", and happens when the pipes in the walls aren't anchored.
