Social worker i know said people have been doing this as the economy worsens. Once they sell their stamps they go to food banks and food kitchens for free food.

Me to my question: If selling a food stamp card is illegal, then why can't the government, Federal it.

Okay..So I know that people with kids who can't afford things are allowed to be on WIC and Foodstamps, but I think there should be some rules that apply to it that they have to follow. I don't know about you, and I am not trying to offend anybody here...

They go to the more expensive, in my opinion.
And do they go there? No.
There's a discount grocery store around here with pretty much the exact same food, just for about half the price.
Or not the store accepts the food stamps.
