I love the whole dinner and desserts!
My favorites though would be the baked sweet potatoes with the golden marshmallows on top and the green bean casserole with the french fried onions on top....yum!
Oh yeah, and the pumpkin pie for dessert!

Anyone else want thanksgiving food right now? I could go for some turkey, stuffing, gravy, sweet potato casserole, hot rolls, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce right now...unfortunately, I have to stay in summer shape for the beach :(. what about you?

Turkeys pretty lean, so as long as you don;t eat tons of sides it's not a big deal .
Just a turkey, some stuffing & cranberry sauce.
Doesn't even have to be the whole meal.

I like to make some new dishes on Thanksgiving when I get to cook.
Sometimes this goes over with a thud.
I made sweet potatoes mashed with pears, which was awesome. I didn't want to have regular mashed potatoes, too. The au gratin potatoes were my solution...

Mashed Potatos (10lb)
Stuffing, both in and out the bird, Bout 15lbs
