I should be getting my VitaMix tomorrow. I need some food shopping suggestions. I am most interested in health drinks/smoothies (veggies &/or fruit) & soups.
Any shopping help & favorite receipes would be greatly appreciated!

Only problem seems to be....
Freshly milled wheat flour, and if you are on gluten free diet (I'm not, but I"m adventerous) you can not, but I"m adventerous) you can mill all those specialty flours-rice, garbanzo, red bean, white the machine.

Fast food vs healthy food I seem to recall a few debates here in the past about the cost of healthy eating vs the cost of fast (unhealthy) food. So here's a quick observation.

I've been trying to start a system of planning out meals and the subsequent list for grocery shopping but I suck at it. I find it really overwhelming. I've even looked on Pinterest for ideas but I don't even know where to start. I want to start eating...

And I only ever do it for one recipe book .
I wont shop again until next Tuesday I write T- W- R- F- Sa- Su- M- and then if I know we are going shopping list exactly what I need for that meal, then move to the next.

Is Spending $140 each weekend on food/entertainment too much? I just realized we need $140 bucks a week for the weekend, is this too much $ wasted?
