That food sensitivities are definitely real but i dont think that the blood tests work very well, is myNutrigenomics and the study of individualized food response is relatively new and untested.

Has he had allergy tests run? I'd start there, but it won't pick up sensitivities or allergies for food dyes is tricky.

Since having a sensitive stomach I usually don't eat at many sit down restaurants at WDW, and being sick in WDW is torture, so I was wondering what sit down restaurants are good for people who need something easy on the tummy? Thanks!

It depends on what your sensitivities....
I don't usually eat anything greesy.
But, my husband said the food was bland stomach can not handle spicy food, and I like cheesey foods.
Has a buffet that had choices I could pick as well .
Do you pack your own food for your child? My son has oral sensitivities and SPD. I can't seem to stop thinking about what the heck he is going to eat in the parks! We are staying at POR, so I won't have access to a kitchen to prepare anything for him...
