If so, how did you get rid of it?
My wife saw, heard, and felt the ghost and she is freaked out about it.

Really, almost all French food can be successfully paired with a Belgian beer.
Spicy Indian food (many kinds) and any crisp beer (preferably a Pils and a Saison or Gueuze.
And Belgian pale or strong ale.
