Back in September I spent 3 days back-country camping in the Grand Canyon.The best food that we had to eat was Mountain House Brand beef stroganoff.This was made even better by adding pieces of beef jerky to the package...

The best food I've had while camping has been on river trips.
The one isn't really a backpacking food foods and some of the meals.
About trail food I flagged a whole bunch that I wanna try.

Withlacoochee Trail info Old man winter has finally worn us down. Looks like we'll be heading down to FL next month. We're about to sign the "contract" to stay at a condo in Hernando for 2 months.

On road bikes, you canJust across the river, in Lambertville NJ you can do a good bike trail along the water is not correct.
There are great food stops in Stockton and Frenchtown -- right on the trail.

I've started doing some trail running in my Asics Kayano's and although they are great road shoes,
I feel every stone or rock that I step on. I also find I lose traction on steep hills.

About 45 minutes northeast of Winston-Salem in Stokes County is the best trail in the area. In case you have never heard of Moore's Springs Trails , it is six miles (and growing) of mountainside excitement! This trail has it all - long/sustained climbs...
