Discussions about foot pain

Any thoughts to how to treat this foot pain? Curious if anyone here has had foot pain in this area. I believe I did this riding, and not running a few days ago... I grabbed a pic off google, and circled the area myself to show you exactly where the pain is coming from...it's stiff, swollen, and ...
