I am hoping to get some insight. If I stop paying my secondary loan, can/will they begin a forclosure or will they try to sue me on the note? I'd like to stop paying the secondary as soon as I lock in a loan for my new house, rent the old house...

If I stop paying my secondary loan, how likely is the secondary loan holder to begin a forclosure on it for a few months, and then stop paying the primary mortgage so the forclosure will happen after a one year lease is up.

If you are not planning to tell the renters it is foreclosing they may find out anyway because the banks send people by to take ... .
Then there is a 6 month redemption period.
